Award winning stylist Mags Browne opened Browns hairdressing Gorey in 2006, followed by the Mags Browne hairdressing Academy in 2013 and Browns hairdressing Arklow in 2015.
In 2017 Mags has been invited to join Alfaparf Ireland’s multi-award winning “Nexxt Generation” team. Her role as a style Ambassador will be to introduce the worlds first structured, precision cutting education program to salons around Ireland.
Mags trained with Toni & Guy, Ireland, working her way up to become an International Artistic Director and full-time educator in their Academy. Toni & Guy are the worlds largest hairdressing chain.
Mags also has experience in teaching courses for L’Oreal, Wella and Toni & Guy.
Mags is responsible for all Browns stylists’ progressive educational programs.

Linda Burke joined our hairdressing academy several years ago. Linda has 11 years of high level experience with Toni & Guy shared between T&G Galway and T&G Brisbane, Australia. She began her career as an apprentice and progressed all the way to become Technical Director and Trainer of Stylists through Toni & Guy’s vardering program. This program’s philosophy is to use hair as the medium between the creative imagination and the manifestation into reality of those ideas. By placing the emphasis on creativity, stylists are able to inspire their peers and continue to progress professionally. This encourages healthy competition and exemplary qualities within the hairdressing industry. also a qualified tutor with a L’Oreal Master Colour Degree and L’Oreal Train the Trainer expert. She is focused on continually improving our students’ techniques and creativity.
